In the past you’ve probably experimented with many different diets and experienced at least some of the following results:
- You die of hunger all day and only think about eating
- You feel tired, have head aches and are in a bad mood
- You lose weight rapidly at first but then quickly regain it
- You try diets and don’t lose any weight
People who want to slim down often pick diets that pose risks to their health:
- Diets high in proteins and fat and low in carbohydrates (like the Atkins Diet) that allow you to eat all types of red meats and sausages. If you follow this type of diet, you do lose weight quickly, but you destroy your muscle in the process. As a result, it is highly likely and very easy for you to regain the weight if you quit the diet and your skin will appear loose and dehydrated. This leads to a state of ketosis, which can cause headaches and harm to your liver and kidneys due to the excess uric acid.
